Sam Lowes, founder of Everyday Athlete, is passionate about using exercise as a powerful tool to manage pain and restore function. With over a decade of experience in injury rehabilitation, Sam has worked with a diverse range of clients – from athletes to those recovering from surgery or managing long-term conditions.

Sam’s experience includes:

  • Designing tailored exercise programs for people with osteoarthritis and chronic pain

  • Leading injury prevention classes for triathletes, runners, and surfers

  • Helping individuals with complex challenges such as respiratory conditions, amputations, and mobility limitations

  • Combining physiotherapy with hands-on treatment and acupuncture for a holistic approach
