Sam Lowes is deeply passionate about using exercise as a tool to manage pain and foster healthy, resilient bodies. He combines this skillset with the option of hands on treatment and acupuncture to help you manage your pain.
With over a decade of experience in injury rehabilitation, Sam has worked with individuals facing a wide range of challenges including; respiratory conditions, amputations, chronic pain, and general musculoskeletal issues.
Sam has provided education and exercise programs for people managing osteoarthritis and chronic pain and has developed and led injury prevention classes for triathletes and runners. In addition to physiotherapy, Sam offers small group classes at a private gym, catering to surfers, runners, and anyone looking to feel better, move better, and grow stronger.
